Wings Arrow

Wing's Arrow (Call Name “Ace”) was born 8/18/07 along with her seven siblings.  For several weeks after the puppies opened their eyes and started moving around, Ace was one of the more active puppies.  She was also very “athletic” (sleek, agile, and strong).

When it came time for my clients to pick their puppies, I let them make the choices and filled them in with what I was seeing on a daily basis.  In talking with the first Small Munsterlander Club of America, President, Ray DeJong, that was what he did.  He was confident that all the puppies would be “good” and it didn’t matter which one he kept.  That was how I felt after having Jake (the stud) live with us for three weeks.

Ace has many of Jake’s conformation and emotional characteristics.  She is extremely athletic, quick, and strong.  She looks like the Heitman line of Small Munsterlanders, with the strength of the Dorsten line.  She runs effortlessly just like her father.  Emotionally, she loves people.  She loves to be petted and loved on.  Jake was happy-go-lucky and a people dog.  He loved to be where the action was, and that’s Ace’s way.

At 10 months of age, Ace scored a 100 Prize III on her Natural Ability test in April, 2008.  She had an outstanding first year of hunting and is currently being trained for the UT test in September, 2009.
